This position manages a dedicated book of business of Lawley Retirement clients supporting retirement plan design, making recommendations, preparing proposals and facilitating presentations for clients / participants. It also monitors the retirement team's workflow, service delivery, follow-through, and client experience, identifying trends and implementing improvements to efficiency and productivity. The role involves leading the retirement team’s integration work for mergers and acquisitions, including onboarding acquired associates, clients, workflows, provider relationships, technology, and service practices. Additionally, the position coordinates with the Lawley Retirement Sales team to establish clear handoffs, effectively onboard new clients, and maintain consistent ongoing service support, while also reaching and maintaining a retention goal of 95% or greater. The role serves as an expert and mentor, actively coaching and developing team members in retirement topics. Attendance and participation in leadership programs, workshops, and training sessions are expected to build and maintain effective leadership skills, modeling professionalism and integrity while guiding the team toward shared goals. Consistent and dependable attendance, availability, and punctuality are required.
