Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in financial services, preferably payments or merchant services
  • Strong knowledge of integrated payments, systems, and banking practices
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in client retention, account management, and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and workload prioritization skills
  • Effective communicator with ability to influence stakeholders and present clearly
  • Skilled in negotiation, issue resolution, and managing high-pressure situations

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for areas of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.
  • Monitor staff performance, work with employees to implement goals and document progress, approve incentive compensation calculations and works with Human Resources on employee related issues.
  • Responsible for activities involved in selling products and/or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts.
  • Participate in establishing financial goals, objectives and measurements to meet growth and retention targets.
  • Develop plans, goals, strategies and objectives to achieve team goals and revenue objectives.
  • Ensure development and maintenance of long-term relationships with client base.
  • Partner with analysts and support staff to ensure that all team needs are met.
