About The Position

Make Good Things Happen for Other People Follow our proven Renewal process to offer our existing trucking insurance bilingual customers the best individualized policy options from the insurance carriers IIG represents Asses & Underwrite our existing client’s needs, Present Renewal Quotes, Close and Follow-up Keep accurate information for all customers within the CRM database, adhering to company quality and compliance standards. Build relationships with existing clients and occasionally capitalize on Leads provided & referrals to obtain new prospects (for additional compensation if desired). Email management and follow-up with calls/ emails for the missing information and documentation. Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately

Requirements

Must speak and write the Albanian & English languages fluently
Must pass background check
Must pass the Property & Casualty insurance state licensing test and obtain license; must be US based and eligible to work in the US
Sales Aptitude & Sales Skills (communication, persuasion, prospecting, outbound calling, negotiation and closing skills)
PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must
Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must
Ability to organize tasks effectively, manage time, be results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
