The Retention/Hiring Coordinator oversees the recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and orientation process for all new team members in nursing and other departments as needed. Recruiting requires disciplined candidate prospecting behavior with a desire to drive results. The role also focuses on staff retention and promotes good team member morale.
