About The Position

The Records Retention & Reporting Coordinator plays a vital, dual role in ensuring regulatory compliance and providing essential data infrastructure for our Federal Sales Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with an anticipated graduation date during or before June 2026
  • Demonstrated success in a role requiring high-level organization, process management, and strict attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently and professionally with internal business teams
  • Demonstrated competency with office tools ( e.g., MS Office Suite and Google Suite )
  • Highly organized, structured, and process-oriented with a strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and store records in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Scan and upload documents to create digital records
  • Maintain accurate records of file changes and access
  • Process and digitally file incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Develop and implement records retention schedules and policies
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements for record retention
  • Manage the lifecycle of records, including creation, storage, retrieval, and destruction
  • Compile and prepare reports on records management activities
  • May audit record-keeping practices and identify areas for improvement
