About The Position
We are seeking experienced English-speaking Retention Agents to join a growing regulated Forex company in Athens. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, increasing client engagement, and maximizing client lifetime value while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Previous Retention experience within the Forex industry is mandatory.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Professional, motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of financial markets is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Build trust and maintain long-term client engagement.
- Identify opportunities to increase trading activity and client retention.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with clients.
- Understand clients' needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve individual and team retention targets.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Ensure all communication complies with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Work closely with internal departments to provide excellent customer service.
