About The Position

We are looking for Retail Workers to join our team at St. John Fisher in Rochester, NY for Buffalo Bills Training Camp. As a Retail Worker, you will create a fun, welcoming environment while engaging guests with personalized sales recommendations and take ownership of merchandise presentation, inventory, and overall operational excellence. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong attention to detail.
Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.

Responsibilities

Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base
Greet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendations
Create an exciting, positive, and welcoming environment for our diverse team and fan base
Warmly greet guests, assess their needs, and confidently make personalized sales recommendations
Take ownership of cleaning, restocking, and other assigned duties to maintain a high standard of appearance and readiness
Promote merchandise by suggesting complementary and add-on items to maximize sales
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and proper use to enhance the guest experience
Maintain organized merchandise displays, accurate inventory counts, and assist with inventory management as needed
Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
Other duties as assigned by management.
