Requirements
- Previous warehouse, retail operations, logistics, or inventory management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required (sorting, filtering, basic reporting, inventory tracking).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication to interact with team members and guests
- Guest satisfaction-oriented (remember, you’re a part of their experience!)
- Be nice – we know the best work is done by the nicest people
- Applicant must be 16+ years.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, Shopify, Retail Cloud, or other back-end retail systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and product distribution.
- Support merchandise fulfillment for retail stores, e-commerce orders, game days, special events, and off-site activations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, organization, audits, and proper system updates.
- Coordinate product movement between warehouse, stores, event locations, and fulfillment operations.
- Prioritize workload and projects based on business needs and deadlines.
- Assist with training and directing warehouse team members and seasonal staff.
- Maintain clean, safe, organized warehouse spaces and back-of-house operations.
- Analyze inventory reports and use data to support operational decisions.
- Continuously identify efficiencies and process improvements that set the business up for long-term success.
- Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
- Perform any other duties as assigned
