About The Position
The Retail Warehouse Supervisor for the Brisbane Warehouse is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound merchandise operations in support of Fanatics In-Venue Retail and Events, including key partnerships with the Golden State Warriors and San Francisco Giants. This role supervises onsite receiving, inventory transfers, purchase orders, and front-of-house operations, while coaching staff to uphold Fanatics' operational standards and brand values. The Retail Warehouse Supervisor delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience supervising or managing a team in a retail, sales, or warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with retail and warehouse operation systems, including POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, Service Now, and OKTA.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build partnerships, coach teams, and work effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems decisively while balancing and delegating multiple priorities under pressure.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- If driving responsibilities are assumed: must possess a valid driver's license, pass an MVR check, and have prior experience operating a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound and outbound merchandise operations.
- Supervise onsite receiving, inventory transfers, and purchase orders.
- Manage front-of-house operations.
- Coach warehouse team members to meet operational excellence expectations and performance standards.
- Serve as Manager on Duty as needed, providing on-the-floor leadership.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and partner relationships.
- Oversee purchase orders for the Golden State Warriors and San Francisco Giants.
- Coordinate merchandise delivery to Fanatics satellite locations across the Bay Area, including occasional driving.
- Uphold a retail environment that reflects Fanatics' team and league values.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Fanatics and retail operation systems (POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, Service Now, OKTA) and identify opportunities for more effective use.
- Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues decisively.
- Build and deepen product knowledge of Team and League inventory.
- Contribute ideas and best practices to improve warehouse efficiency, organization, and operational quality.
- Supervise onsite receiving procedures and inventory transfers.
- Ensure the warehouse facility and delivery truck are properly maintained, organized, and ready for daily operations.
- Balance, prioritize, and delegate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.
- Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
- Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance.
- Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
