296 RETAIL - WAREHOUSE CLASS A DRIVER (80854)
About The Position
Spec's Wines, Spirits, and Finer Foods is looking for 18-Wheeler drivers for our Wholesale Distribution to deliver goods to our Specs stores in Texas. The individuals who perform this job are experienced drivers that can function as part of a team as well as effectively function independently. This position requires the safe and timely delivery of assigned loads to final destinations. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and understand the needs of the Specs retail stores to which they will deliver. Retail trucking experience is a plus. Local and OTR routes scheduled weekly. Our drivers are required to load/unload trailers and breakdown merchandise upon delivery. Must be familiar with and compliant to all DOT requirements for intrastate driving.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Drivers License.
- Must be 21 or older per state law.
- Familiar with and compliant to all DOT requirements for intrastate driving.
- Clearinghouse query is required.
- Road test administered.
Nice To Haves
- Retail trucking experience is a plus.
