About The Position

As a Retail Warehouse Associate at Best Buy, you’ll help create great shopping experiences by keeping the sales floor stocked and preparing online orders for shipment to customers’ homes. The work includes unloading trucks, replenishing shelves, tracking inventory, preparing products for delivery, and assisting customers with in-store and curbside pickup orders. You’ll follow established safety guidelines when operating store equipment.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in a retail, warehouse, or operations role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to move up to 100 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and record store inventory.
• Prepare products to be shipped to other stores and customers’ homes.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays.
• Follow established safety guidelines while operating store equipment.
• Process online orders and assist with store pickup orders.
• Assist customers with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
• Track inventory levels and replenish store shelves.
