About The Position

Retail Warehouse Associates support the back-end operations of Bob’s Discount Furniture stores. They help stage showrooms, handle merchandise carefully, and support customer service behind the scenes. Working closely with store leadership and visual merchandising, they help maintain safety, cleanliness, inventory integrity, and showroom readiness. The role involves receiving, staging, and shipping operations; stockroom management; visual merchandising preparation and assembly support; inventory organization; customer pickup coordination; and adapting to a retail schedule. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
Ability to lift, move, and assemble merchandise.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, and climb throughout shifts.
Ability to manually handle furniture and visual staging elements.

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse, stockroom, or back-end retail experience.
Familiarity with visual display setup and basic assembly tasks.

Responsibilities
