About The Position

As a Retail Warehouse Associate at Best Buy, you’ll help create great shopping experiences by keeping the sales floor stocked and preparing online orders for shipment to customers’ homes. The work includes unloading trucks, replenishing shelves, tracking inventory, and pulling and boxing products for delivery. You’ll also assist customers with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

The role requires following established safety guidelines while operating store equipment and being able to move up to 100 pounds, with or without accommodation. A flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends, is required.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in a retail, warehouse, or operations role.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and record store inventory.
• Prepare products for shipment to other stores and customers’ homes.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays.
• Follow established safety guidelines while operating store equipment.
• Process online orders and assist with store pickup orders.
• Assist customers with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
• Track inventory levels and replenish store shelves.
