About The Position

Retail Warehouse Associates support the back-end operations of Bob’s Discount Furniture stores by staging showrooms, handling merchandise carefully, and helping customers receive service behind the scenes. The role works closely with store leadership and visual merchandising to maintain safety, cleanliness, inventory integrity, and showroom readiness. It may be part-time or full-time and involves hands-on, physical work in a retail environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift, move, and assemble merchandise.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, and climb throughout shifts.
• Manually handle furniture and visual staging elements.

• Prior warehouse, stockroom, or back-end retail experience.
