About The Position

As a Retail Warehouse Associate, you’ll help create great shopping experiences by keeping the sales floor stocked and preparing online orders for shipment to customers’ homes. The work includes unloading trucks, replenishing shelves, tracking inventory, and pulling and boxing products for delivery. You’ll also assist customers with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

The role is part of Best Buy’s effort to enrich lives through technology by providing personalized technology solutions in stores, online, and in customers’ homes.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in a retail, warehouse, or operations role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to move up to 100 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and record store inventory.
• Prepare products to be shipped to other stores and customers’ homes.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays.
• Follow established safety guidelines while operating store equipment.
• Process online orders and assist with store pickup orders.
• Assist customers with in-store and curbside pickup orders.
• Track inventory levels and pull and box products for delivery.
