Requirements

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs for retail staff.
• Experience in managing and leading a team of trainers or training specialists.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards in banking and financial services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficient in designing and delivering training programs using various methodologies and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
• High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related software.
• Strong understanding of retail banking operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of retail banking staff, including new hire orientation and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions to address skill gaps.
• Conduct training sessions using various methods such as workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail banking and incorporate relevant knowledge into training materials.
• Manage training budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact while minimizing costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the retail banking division to enhance employee engagement and retention.
