The Retail Territory Manager will be part of the Retail Sales team, working as a field-based employee. This role involves managing a territory of Home Depot and Lowes accounts, or a combination of these. The primary responsibilities include managing retail accounts, conducting daily retail account visits, and analyzing metrics from SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to strategically plan customer routing schedules. The position aims to drive top-line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals, partner with store and district managers, analyze POS and promotional performance to create sales plans, and collaborate with the Sales Operations team to ensure adequate inventory for promotions. The role also involves executing national event activations, implementing national overdrive strategies, engaging key decision-makers, partnering with retail service partners, leveraging sales enablement tools, managing inventory, writing retailer-specific orders, and developing exit strategies for special buy promotions. Additionally, the Territory Manager will establish and maintain relationships with professional end-users (Pro) through job site blitzes, product training, and product seeding, executing monthly job site visits aligned with retailer pro strategies to meet POS goals, and effectively managing budgets for T&E and demo tools to drive profitability.
