About The Position
Join uBreakiFix by Asurion as a Retail Technician where you’ll repair devices, support customers, and get paid for leveling up your skills. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing phones, tablets, and more, talking tech in simple, helpful ways with customers, hitting performance goals and earning uncapped commission, managing store inventory, packaging and shipping devices for same-day service, and promoting Connected Home tech protection plans. The position requires working flexible retail hours, including weekends.
Requirements
- Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware
Nice To Haves
- 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience
- Soldering or tech repair skills
- Friendly, organized, motivated team players
