About The Position
America’s Thrift Stores is seeking friendly, dependable Retail Team Members to provide outstanding customer service and help create a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping experience. This position is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. Team members assist customers, operate cash registers, maintain merchandise displays, and support overall store operations. We are specifically seeking candidates with open availability for evening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers throughout the store
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
