Jack Flash is a family-owned company that has been serving communities throughout Illinois and Missouri since 1986. What started as a single convenience store has grown into a network of 18 locations, including convenience stores, truck stops, liquor stores, and car wash facilities. Requirements

• A friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and a solid work ethic
• Honesty and attention to detail
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities
• Comfort using a point-of-sale (POS) system or the willingness to learn
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• The ability to stand and move throughout your shift
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with a positive attitude
• Accurately operating the cash register and processing sales
• Handling cash and maintaining an accurate drawer
• Answering customer questions and assisting with purchases
• Restocking merchandise throughout the store
• Brewing coffee and maintaining beverage stations
• Cleaning and organizing the sales floor and work areas
• Following company policies and safety standards
• Assisting with other store duties as needed
