About The Position
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Team Member to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role includes working with customers, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to obtain a Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Service License
- Ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening
Nice To Haves
- Retail or food service experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with product selection
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pizzas, and fried cheese curds
- Operate cash register and process transactions
- Package cheese curds and perform cheese cut-and-wrap per food safety guidelines
- Stock and merchandise shelves, coolers, and freezers
- Maintain cleanliness and complete required logs (cleaning temperature, production)
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Support ice cream station operations as needed
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations
Benefits
- Starting at $13/hour, increasing to $14/hour after 120 days
