The Retail Team Member position contributes to the success of our stores and our overall mission by helping provide outstanding customer service, processing donations, utilizing the cash register, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers and team members. The Retail Team Member will be responsible for handling material, greeting donors and processing donations, replenishing the inventory stock on the sales floor. Through teamwork and dedication to our mission, our retail team members create a positive experience for both customers and our team members while achieving store and production goals. Production Retail Team Members will follow current best practices for sorting, tagging, hanging, and pricing merchandize while working with the store leadership to assess inventory needs. They will accurately record production units to meet or exceed production goals set by leadership and customer demand.
