About The Position
Now Hiring: Retail Team Member Schedule: Part-time Compensation: $17.87-$20.00 (DOE) Location: Santa Rosa, CA We’re excited to continue growing our team at Work World. As a Retail Team Member, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the success and growth of our store. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearance
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services
- Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone
- Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service
- Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed
- Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution
- Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly
- Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives
