This is a part-time position requiring closing availability. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include truck unloading, merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The team member will also participate in stocking, planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery, and support shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is expected, along with positive and respectful interaction with colleagues. The role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing.
