About The Position

Launch 513 is hiring full-time Retail Team Members to represent client campaigns through face-to-face retail and event marketing throughout the Cincinnati area. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who enjoy working with others, want to strengthen their communication and sales skills, and are motivated by measurable goals. As a Retail Team Member, you'll work directly with customers while representing campaigns across industries including telecommunications, nonprofit organizations, and sports. Advancement is based on performance, consistency, skill development, and demonstrated leadership rather than simply time in the role. At Launch 513, you won't spend your day behind a desk. You'll gain practical experience working directly with customers, representing recognizable campaigns, developing communication skills, and learning how successful sales and marketing teams operate. Nice To Haves
