About The Position

As an Overnight Retail Team Member at Maverik, you’ll help create an exceptional customer experience while keeping the store ready for the day ahead. You’ll stock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store, assist customers, and prepare the store for the morning rush. The role involves working across different parts of the business and bringing Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) experience to customer interactions. To qualify for the shift differential, you must work at least five hours between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Food Handler Permit, if required by the applicable store, county, or jurisdiction.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing, and may need to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with high-temperature equipment while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.

• Transition between engaging customers, stocking supplies, and maintaining enticing food displays.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations and provide service in fast-paced circumstances.
• Stock shelves and prepare the store for the morning rush.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
