This is a temporary position for a remodel project. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include truck unloading, merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, and engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. The position also supports Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participates in stocking and planogram processes, and performs merchandise recovery and maintenance. Additionally, the role supports shrink and safety programs, adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interacts positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values. Team members will be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production and may be assigned other duties as needed.
