About The Position

We are excited to grow our team and are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help support the continued success of our store. Whistle Workwear is part of the Work World family of brands. Work World is the largest specialty retailer of workwear and work boots in the Western United States. Since our beginnings in 1990, we have expanded to more than 30 stores operating under the Work World, Shoeteria, and Whistle Workwear brands across California, Nevada, and Washington. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearance

Nice To Haves

Sales experience
bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services
Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone
Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service
Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed
Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution
Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly
Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives
