About The Position

As an Overnight Retail Team Member, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for customers while keeping the store ready for the day ahead. You’ll stock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store, assist customers, and help ensure everything is prepared for the morning rush. You’ll keep the store ready for customers around the clock while bringing Maverik’s GET experience to every interaction. You’ll have the opportunity to learn different parts of the business, build valuable skills, and be an important part of the team.

Requirements

Must be 21+ to apply.
Must be available to work weekends.
Food Handler Permit, if required by the applicable store, county, or jurisdiction.
Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
To qualify for shift differential, you must work a minimum of 5 hours between the hours of 12 a.m. – 6 a.m.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by consistently demonstrating Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) behaviors with every customer.
Seamlessly transition between roles, engaging customers, stocking supplies, and maintaining enticing food displays.
Adapt quickly to changing situations, providing exceptional service even in fast-paced circumstances.
Stock shelves.
Maintain a clean and organized store.
Assist customers.
Ensure everything is prepared for the morning rush.
