This position is responsible for delivering an Amazing Customer Experience (ACE) to all internal and external customers. The team member acts as an ambassador of Palmetto Goodwill and its I-CARE values (Integrity, Collaboration, Attitude, Respect, Excellence). They are expected to embrace learning and growth, enthusiastically participate in training and development, and celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and belonging. Key duties include receiving donations using the GRATIS method (Greet, Receipt, Assist, Thank, Invite back, Sort), sorting, pricing, and stocking hardline and softline donations, accurately using the point-of-sale system, recording transactions, meeting production goals, maintaining a clean work environment, and reporting security or theft issues to management. The role also requires compliance with agency policies, procedures, and safety standards, and performing other duties as assigned.
