About The Position

As a Retail Team Manager at Welcome Break, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our Marks & Spencer store. You’ll support the Store Manager, lead and motivate your team, and help deliver the high standards and excellent customer experience our customers expect. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop your leadership and operational skills, take real ownership of store performance and have clear opportunities to progress your career with Welcome Break.

Requirements

Experience in a supervisor or management role in customer service, retail or hospitality.
Passionate about delivering great customer service.
Good people manager who can motivate others and lead by example.
Able to juggle a range of tasks (multi-tasker).
Business-minded and focused on delivering profitable sales growth.
Ambition to develop their management career.
Applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over.
