Requirements

Ability to greet customers on sales floor and assist customers with merchandise desired.
Ability to provide technical advice.
Ability to display merchandise, suggest selections that meet customer's needs, and emphasize selling points of article such as quality and utility.
Ability to maintain proper traffic flow of customers in the store.
Ability to assist Retail Supervisors and Manager with store operations.
Ability to assign duties to workers to maintain optimum productivity, and schedule break periods, work hours, and vacations.
Ability to train workers on store policies, department procedures, and job duties.
Ability to recommend additions to or deletions of merchandise to be sold in department.
Ability to assist sales workers in completing difficult sales.
Ability to sell merchandise.
Ability to assist with planning department layout, or merchandise, or advertising display.
Ability to assist with store restocking.
Ability to perform interviews with applicants.
Ability to write and present employee evaluations, counselings, annual reviews, etc.
Ability to assist with customer complaints and difficult returns as needed.
Ability to interact and communicate with other department team leaders and supervisors, and attend department meetings as scheduled.
Ability to assist and work all areas of the Retail store as needed.
Responsible for all activity in the safe including charge orders, drops, bank deposits, etc.
Responsible for performing cashier audits daily.
Responsible for safety and security of Retail store.
Responsible for filling out all necessary paperwork and documents related to operation of the Retail store.
Ability to process customer drop ships.

Responsibilities
