About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team on a part-time basis in Roosevelt Park, MI. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and support to our retail staff, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support retail team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Train and mentor new and existing staff on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
• Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and conducting inventory counts.
• Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
