About The Position
Grace Adventures is a religious organization that makes employment decisions on Bible based beliefs and practices. Because of the nature of our Christian program; Christian belief, character, and practice are essential requirements of employment positions. The Retail Team Lead fulfills the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrates the foot washing philosophy by serving guests while maintaining a standard of excellence in the campground store. This person must be friendly and engaging towards guests.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Ability to interact well with people
- Work well alone and with others
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Desires to be part of a team
- Is willing to have a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends)
- Good health and stamina is required to implement campground programming. This will involve long hours and lifting at times.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Retail Supervisor to create a positive working atmosphere in the Retail shop
- Maintain Inventory and report to Retail Supervisor items that need to be reordered
- Restock and reset store daily after each evening closing
- Assist with display items on walls and/or counters in an attractive way
- Monitor stock in the ice machines and monitor patio cleanliness
- Maintain the store in a clean and neat condition; always be in a ready state
- Maintain neat and professional appearance in compliance with Dunes Harbor’s dress code
- Able to handle money and make change correctly
- Obey all policies and rules
- All other duties as assigned
