About The Position
Purdys Chocolatier, a recipient of Canada's Best Employers award, is seeking an enthusiastic Team Lead for their shop in Peter Pond Mall. This role reports to the Shop Management and assists in ensuring efficient operations related to merchandising, customer service, and general shop functions, adhering to company policies. The Team Lead will guide staff, drive sales through customer engagement, and foster a positive team environment. The company values diversity and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. This position requires availability for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry.
