About The Position

Mattel is seeking enthusiastic temporary team members to join their retail services team as Seasonal Team Associates. In this role, you will partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during the busy holiday season. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about merchandising, who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to drive results. This job can also serve as an entry point to future merchandising career opportunities with Mattel.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Must have an up-to-date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser for accessing time entry, email, and Workday.
A mobile phone is required for multi-factor authentication.
Must have access to reliable internet.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations.
Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster or be able to reliably service the assigned territory.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach.
Ability to walk for long periods of time.
Ability to climb ladders up to 12’ tall.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to push/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Ability to operate power tools (screwdriver & drill).

Nice To Haves

Merchandising, retail, or customer service experience.
Preferred work hours are during the weekday during daytime hours; occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

Act as a brand ambassador for Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products.
Collaborate with the lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements.
Partner with the lead Mattel Representative on monthly scheduling.
Unpack cases of various Mattel toys.
Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor.
Construct and deconstruct store fixtures, including shelving and racking.
Implement point of purchase materials.
Execute special projects as assigned, including store events.
Perform administrative tasks such as managing time entry, attending meetings and trainings, and checking email.
