Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible platform sales and service experience in retail banking.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of retail financial products and services.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to initiate and embrace change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • two years of college or associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide research, problem solving, and phone support to front line staff.
  • Handle member fulfillment requests.
  • Provide service support on membership matters and deposit accounts to remote members and potential members.
  • Conduct quality assurance for membership and deposit account documents and data.
  • Handle administrative assignments for specialty processes such as IRAs, deceased and fiduciary accounts, business accounts, document management, and remote wire transfers.
  • Recommend process improvements for internal and external member support.
  • Identify training needs based on trends in incoming requests.
  • Maintain a high level of policy, process, procedural, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of user knowledge on all retail banking systems.
  • Interface with other departments to provide problem resolution for members.
  • Special projects, system testing, and project tasks, as assigned.
