The company, founded in 1990, sells boots, apparel, scrubs, and safety gear from top industry vendors. Shoeteria is currently expanding and is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to help lead its growth. The position involves working in a lean, close-knit team environment where each employee directly impacts the company's success. New hires will learn leadership, organizational development, sales and merchandising best practices, customer service techniques, adaptability in fast-paced situations, and how to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
