About The Position

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you represent NIKE and help customers make informed product choices in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. You work with your team to provide customer service, achieve shared goals, and create welcoming customer experiences. You lead by example, bring enthusiasm and product knowledge to the role, and help deliver the consumer journey in line with Nike’s Service Principles.

The role includes supporting customers and teammates, handling store operations such as cash register use, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and building visual displays, and attending store events. Physical tasks include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Use customer service authentically to help customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.

• One year of retail or consumer service experience is preferred.
