About The Position

We are looking for an individual who can lead the retail team and the daily functions of our retail outlets. You will provide support to a team of Associates and assist the Retail Manager with the daily store operations. In this role, you will oversee the sales floor ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our team and our guests.

Requirements

  • Must possess a high level of interest in luxury customer service and the hospitality industry.
  • The most qualified candidate will have a desire to gain proficient knowledge in the Retail Operations within a luxury resort.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
  • Strong work ethic and an elevated ability to pay attention to details is required within our team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to learn and execute processes associated with computerized point of sale systems, visual planning, retail procurement and inventory control
  • The ability to make sound business-based decisions in the absence of the Retail Manager
  • A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the daily shift for both Boutiques
  • Positively drive revenue and productivity while owning agreed upon areas of responsibility according to leadership strengths and or identified areas of growth.
  • Analyzation of sales reporting and hotel provided occupancy data
  • Operational efficiency which includes ticketing, product preparation, replenishment
  • Retail accounting procedures -such as transfer processing, inventory control, completing RTV’s
  • Daily tasks that support product, presentation, and departmental needs in regard to service and staff under the direction of Retail Management
  • Supporting the sales team and help to strengthen the skill set of the department
  • Complete daily reports, submit daily sales numbers and ensure all paperwork is properly processed
  • Daily receipt scanning
  • Maintain accuracy and quality control of inventory and assets
  • Be proficient in the Micros point of sale system to provide assistance to the Sales Associates where necessary
  • Participate in meetings with leadership for Store Operations, Purchasing and Retail Buying Team
