About The Position

Whistle Workwear is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join their team. This role is full-time and offers compensation between $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience. The position is located in Lacey, WA. Whistle Workwear is part of the Work World family of brands, which is the largest specialty retailer of workwear and work boots in the Western U.S. They operate over 30 stores across California, Nevada, and Washington under various brand names, selling a wide range of work-related apparel and gear. Requirements

1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferred
Willing to work nights and weekends
Excellent Customer Service
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic math skills
High attention to detail
Demonstrated sales skills and experience
Ability to maintain a professional appearance
Must be able to climb a ladder
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Bi-Lingual a plus
Must possess a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone
Open and close the store
Direct workflow on the sales floor
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
Always maintain store organization and cleanliness
Complete customers transactions at the cash register including taking payments, and issuing receipts
Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
