About The Position
The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for sales, inventory, and revenue generated for HHX merchandise. This role includes the supervision of staff in relation to merchandise and providing the best customer service to all guests. The supervisor will perform all duties in accordance with Planet Hollywood policies and within the realm of the Caesars Entertainment Mission Statement. Planet Hollywood features 2,500 guest rooms and suites, over 100,000 square-feet of gaming, several lounges, and various restaurants.
