As a Retail Store Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will assist the Retail Manager with overseeing staff, projects, and tasks at hand in retail outlets. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. Requirements

Prior experience as a Retail Supervisor strongly preferred.
Must work well both with others and independently and be a team player.
Must be creative and willing to provide new ideas.
Detail oriented with a high degree of organization and motivation with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Passionate about hospitality and customer service driven.
Must possess good organizational /time management skills.
Able to develop camaraderie with team members.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist with training and coaching staff members.
Communicate effectively with manager, associates vendors, and guests.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Help motivate staff to perform according to the Marcus Corporation Mission Statement.
Benchmark sales, set goals, and strive to exceed budget within Payroll.
Plan and execute monthly inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
