About The Position

The position's primary role is to assist the Retail Manager in achieving the store sales and profit targets by being physically present, demonstrating leadership, and providing exceptional customer service in the retail store; effectively managing the team; implementing and modeling behavior consistent with Company policies; managing wages and other expenses in line with budgets and policies; merchandising, managing and overseeing stock. This is a part time position and reports directly to the Store Manager.

• Ability to arrive to work on time and follow your roster
