About The Position

As a Retail Supervisor at Fjällräven, you will play a key role in bringing the company's mission to life by helping people feel at home in nature. You will serve as a trusted keyholder and shift lead, guiding the sales floor, supporting daily operations, and helping teammates do their best work. Through thoughtful leadership and genuine guest connection, you will help ensure every interaction reflects the values of sustainability, curiosity, and care. This role involves leading by example, coaching and motivating teammates, and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting cash handling, store readiness, and daily transitions, as well as ensuring operational excellence in areas like inventory accuracy, stock organization, and visual standards. Additionally, you will model sustainability in action and support community engagement through store events and local partnerships.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service
  • Leadership skills rooted in trust, example, and collaboration
  • A strong track record of delivering thoughtful, memorable guest experiences
  • Clear communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Passion for the outdoors, sustainability, and continuous learning
  • Comfort using retail systems (POS, inventory tools), or a willingness to learn

Responsibilities
