About The Position

Operate the register as scheduled. Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns. Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed. Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized. Process donations according to policy. Assist with loading or unloading purchases & donations. Be part of staff meetings and team building. Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
Operate the register as scheduled.
Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
Process donations according to policy.
Assist with loading or unloading purchases & donations.
Be part of staff meetings and team building.
