About The Position

The Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist at Nike, represents Nike to customers in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. The role supports customers in choosing products, contributes to strong customer service, and works with teammates toward shared goals. The supervisor leads by example and delivers service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life. The position includes retail operations such as register operation, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and building visual displays.

This is a full-time position at the Nike Factory Store in Locust Grove, Georgia, working 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required based on store needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Authentic customer-service skills to help customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
