About The Position

The hourly rate range is based on actual ranges for the employees who currently hold a comparable position. This role is perfect for people who love to train and drive for results. We are looking for individuals who know how to show up, stay disciplined, and coach and train for accuracy and consistency. This position offers flexible scheduling and paid training.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
Strong focus and attention to detail
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities

Coach and develop Inventory Associates
Follow a clear, consistent workflow
Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Travel to retail locations
