About The Position

Assembly Label is seeking customer-focused Casual Retail Stylists for their Birkenhead Point surplus stores. The company values a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit and an open culture, looking for individuals who share a passion for minimalist design and the Australian coastal lifestyle. They are hiring multiple Stylists and will be hosting a group recruitment night on June 16th in Paddington, starting at 5:30 PM and lasting approximately 1.5 hours.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets.
• Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value.
• Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.
• Working alongside the State Manager and Store Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets.
• Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
