About The Position

Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott is an extension of the Kendra Scott brand, offering jewelry, apparel, and home goods inspired by ranch culture in the American Southwest. As a part-time Seasonal Retail Stylist, you help bring the brand to life by providing WOW service and making a difference in each guest’s day. You represent the organization and its culture positively, share enthusiasm for its designs and purpose-driven brand, and help guests find products that suit their needs.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for the Kendra Scott Core Pillars of Family, Fashion & Philanthropy.
• Interest in fashion and keeping up with trends.
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and bringing energy to the role.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with guests and provide customer-centric service.
• Work toward goals by building guest connections and contributing to brand growth and store performance.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and make product suggestions suited to their needs and personal style.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Proactively help resolve guest concerns and support a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the team to provide WOW experiences, including behind-the-scenes support.
